The Programmes

One subject. Studied in depth.

We do not offer every subject to every age. We teach mathematics to children aged seven to fourteen, and nothing else — because depth is what produces results.

Section A · Ages 7–11

Key Stage 2

Secure foundations in number, reasoning and problem-solving — built carefully, so confidence comes from genuine understanding rather than memorised tricks.

  • Number fluency & mental methods
  • Fractions, decimals & ratio
  • Reasoning & worded problems
Section B · Ages 11–14

Key Stage 3

The years that decide GCSE outcomes. We close gaps early, extend able students beyond the classroom, and build the algebraic thinking everything later depends on.

  • Algebra from first principles
  • Geometry, proportion & data
  • Extension work for able students
Section C · Entrance Exams

11+ Preparation

Entrance examinations reward method, not memorisation. A structured programme covering the precise techniques and timing top British schools examine.

  • Past-paper technique & timing
  • Multi-step problem solving
  • Weekly progress notes for parents
How It Works

From first message to first lesson.

A conversation

Message us on WhatsApp or book a complimentary twenty-minute consultation. We discuss your child, their school, and what you would like to achieve.

A tailored plan

We assess where your child is and design a programme around them — not a syllabus off the shelf. You approve the plan before tuition begins.

Lessons & reporting

One-to-one lessons online with a live handwritten whiteboard, followed by short written progress notes so you always know exactly where things stand.

Results

Marked by outcomes.

Case Study · Entrance Examination

A student preparing for the mathematics component of an independent school entrance examination followed a structured Bramley programme of technique, timing and past-paper practice.

Offered a place.

Case Study · GCSE Mathematics

A student projected to fail GCSE Mathematics worked with us for one academic year, rebuilding foundations before accelerating through the examined material.

Final result: Grade 8.

The Practice

Founded by a mathematician, not a marketplace.

Bramley Education was founded by an Eton-educated mathematician, now reading Physics at university, who has taught mathematics one-to-one for more than six years. Every lesson is taught personally — there is no roster of part-time tutors and no handing your child to whoever is available.

Lessons are delivered online over Google Meet with a live handwritten whiteboard, so working is shown, corrected and kept — exactly as it would be across a desk. Parents are welcome to sit in on any lesson, and every communication runs through you, never your child.

    Our Standards
  • One subject — mathematics — taught in depth
  • Every lesson taught personally by the founder
  • Written progress notes for parents
  • Parents welcome in any lesson, any time
  • All materials and papers included
Common Questions

Before you write to us.

How are lessons taught online?

Over Google Meet, with a live digital whiteboard written by hand in real time. Your child sees every step worked in front of them, can write back, and receives the completed notes after each lesson. All your child needs is a device with a camera and a stable connection.

We are based in the Gulf — do the hours work?

Yes. Most of our families are in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait, and lessons are scheduled in Gulf afternoon and evening hours. Consultation bookings automatically display in your local time.

What does tuition cost?

Fees depend on the programme and are confirmed during your consultation, in writing, before anything begins. We keep enrolment deliberately small rather than competing on price.

How do we begin?

Message us on WhatsApp or book a complimentary consultation. There is no obligation — the first conversation is simply about understanding your child.

Limited Summer Places

Begin with a conversation about your child.

A complimentary twenty-minute consultation — no obligation, and an honest view of what would help.
