Bramley Education ("we") is a UK-based private tutoring practice. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it is handled.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide when you message us on WhatsApp, email us, or book a consultation (name, phone number, email address).
- Enquiry details you choose to share, such as your child's age, school year and learning goals.
- Website analytics via the Meta Pixel and similar tools, used to measure advertising performance. This does not identify you personally to us.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange consultations and lessons.
- To send progress notes and administrative messages relating to tuition.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate (e.g. scheduling, video calling and payment processing), each under their own privacy terms.
Children
All communication is conducted with parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children, and all scheduling, payment and reporting runs through the parent.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry and client records only as long as needed to provide tuition and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by writing to info@bramleyeducation.com.
